Front Cover Flat Plan

For my flat plan of my front cover I have decided to have a medium close up shot of my model, in the center of the page or slightly off-center (to the right) to allow the coverlines down the left hand side to not completely cover her face. My masthead will be in bold capitals, with the two O's being replaced by images of disco balls, to show clearly to the audience that this is a disco magazine.

My model will be dressed in psychedelic colours, much like they wore in the disco era, to again show the audience the genre.
The main coverline will be across the lower-middle of the page, standing out with the main image. Other coverlines will be on either side of the image.
A tagline will be on the right hand side underneath the masthead, reading 'bringing disco back' which is the tagline that proved most favourite from my audience research.
The front cover will have a strip at the top and the bottom of the page to draw the reader in and give information into what else is included in the magazine.
There will be a puff in the top left hand corner, and a barcode in the bottom right hand corner (which I forgot to include in the picture) along with the issue number, price and date.
The colour scheme for my front cover will be metallic colours, e.g. silver to link with the disco ball, and bright colours, to link with the psychedelic clothing they wore.
